    This role requires a strong foundation in:

    • Illustrator, social media strategy, website management, and basic programming skills to build and maintain our online presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a creative marketing professional at Electa Capital Partners, you will be responsible for:

    Branding & Graphic Design

    You will develop engaging visual content that reflects our brand identity, including:

    • Pitch decks, social media assets, marketing materials, and website graphics.
    • Infographics, reports, and other visual materials that enhance storytelling and engagement.

    All marketing and branding materials must have a cohesive aesthetic and a professional tone.

    Marketing & Social Media Management

    You will develop, write, and execute constant postings consistent with our branding messaging through:

    • Multi-channel marketing campaigns for business development initiatives, webinars, and investor events.

    You will manage and optimize our LinkedIn, Instagram, and X social media presence to increase engagement and visibility.

    Website Development & Content Management

    You will design and keep our company website updated (experience with CMS platforms is a plus).

    • Ensure all website content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and visually engaging.

    Communications & Copywriting

    You will write and refine content for marketing materials, press releases, and newsletters.

    • Draft and help enhance content for investor communications, website updates, and event promotions.

    A consistent tone and messaging strategy across all communication channels is essential.

    Event & Campaign Coordination

    You will assist in planning and executing investor webinars, roadshows, and industry events.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
    • Fluency in professional English and Spanish.
    • A passion for learning, social media, marketing, and design, as well as staying updated on capital raising trends and industry news.
    • Highly organized project management skills, meeting deadlines, and executing campaigns without compromising quality.
    • A keen eye for visual consistency and brand alignment.
    • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
    • A professional presence and clear communication skills.
    • A self-motivated and results-driven approach when working independently.
    • A genuine interest in the firm's success.
