Sr. Planner Reporting Analytics & Governance
Manage the NCAR/ICARxService Certified tablet program to provide dealers and customers with a fully digital service process. Works in conjunction with Sr.

Manager, Aftersales Marketing Technology to drive enrollment and engagement into the NCAR/ICARx Service Lane Technology using data analytics, customer and dealer feedback.


Job Functions

  • Responsible for the management of the NCAR/ICAR-X Service program, designated certified vendors, the programs that make up the service lane technology, program enrollment and the performance and data analytics.
  • This includes program management, working with the field / dealer leadership, communicating overall program acceleration recommendations in both the operations and technical development work streams.
  • Assist in development, maintenance and management of advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions primarily using Python, SQL, Business objects, Snowflake, and Tableau.
  • Extracts, validates, and analyzes desired data using Python, SAP Business Objects and other extraction tools.
  • Create and store data effectively within the data mart or data lake solutions, understand online analytical processing, as well as maintaining data analytics platforms so that data can effectively be mined for information by the end user body.
  • Responsible for driving dealer enrollment in the NCAR/ICARx Service platform by developing daily/weekly performance reports, training materials such as one pagers or training decks outlining program details, new functionality and programs to be shared with the field team members through virtual meetings and presentations and posted to Dealer360 and NNAnet.
  • Responsible for driving improved performance of dealers enrolled in the NCAR/ICARx Services platform by reviewing the service tablet data and reporting to identify low performing dealers or dealers with opportunity for improvement and then developing improvement actions and recommendations to share with the field and dealer through virtual meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinates with Certified vendors and Nissan Digital to complete gap analysis, certifications, regular audits of services and data integrations between the certified vendors and Aftersales data analytics systems.
  • Project management of new program initiatives to improve customer and dealer service lane experience.
  • Actively manage and track open action items from key meetings, including the Performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and awareness including Global Aftersales Connected (GAC), Nissan Digital, Service Marketing, Customer Journey OneApp, Connected Car Services, VCS Project Design, HFE/Marketability, TCS, etc. to develop an integrated plan.
  • Continue to track progress and provide support until improvement is achieved.
  • Respond to community post regarding questions and updates to the NCAR/ICARx Services program.
  • Monitor and provide feedback to certified vendors regarding optimizations and improvements that should be made to the vendor platforms and reporting.
  • Evaluate competitive market research in regards to Service Lane technology and best practices and provide benchmarking studies to drive decisions with the NCAR/ICARx Services program.
  • Manage and monitor articles posted to Dealer360 and NNAnet and keep files organized and up to date. Includes one pager, promotional tracking reports, performance reporting, etc.
  • As necessary, perform other related duties of which the above are representative.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Knowledge and Skill:


  • Superior analytical skills. Advanced handson experience using
    Tableau and
    Business Objects to create business intelligence reports and visualizations (24years).
  • Advanced data processing skills using
    SQL, Python, Snowflake 'Snowsql', experience beneficial.

Technical automotive Aftersales experience highly preferred.

Aftersales Warranty experience preferred, specifically with NNA DBS database. Knowledge of NNA systems highly preferred.

  • A broad understanding of the automotive industry.

Experience:

3 to 6 years of related automotive experience at a professional level. Cross-functional experience strongly preferred.


Technical automotive Aftersales experience highly preferred.


Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related business discipline. MBA p
