Descripción
Must have hands on standard CSM process implementation- ServiceNow in depth Process knowledge (CSM Process, integrations etc.)
- Good understanding on Proactive customer service operations.
- Good Understanding about Contacts, Products in CSM.
- Good Experience in Widget Creation and Pages in CSM Portal.
- Experience in Case Assignemnt rules.
- Must have hands on ITSM and Scripting part(Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide Ajax, UI Actions)
- Experience in designing Case form in Servicenow and also experience in Portal creation.
- Good understanding of Internal and External users in Servicenow.
- Experience in Scope Based Application.
- 4 Years Bachelor's degree in CS, CIS, Math, MIS, or related Technology field
- 710 years of software development experience
