The Ops Sup Intermed Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.

Additionally, the Ops Sup Intermed Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients.

The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow
  • Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise
  • Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower level team members, as needed
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Qualifications:


  • 25 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Selfmotivated and detail oriented
  • Proven organization and time management skills

Education:

This position is the main responsible for the development of campaign plans, value offer strategies and tactics throughout the business life cycles together with the rest of the Commercial, Product, Marketing and Franchise team.


The general objective of this position is to Coordinate projects and campaigns that helps the business grows and drives all aspects of the customer lifecycle, from Acquisition to Engagement to Retention, across all major Business Units in SME - Commercial, Credit and Liabilities Products.

This role must have the vision to acquire new SME and expand the relationships our customers have with Citibanamex - increasing their usage of our products and value offers, promoting behaviors that create long-term loyalty, and thoughtfully communicating new benefits, features and products that can strengthen our relationship.


Analytic Priorities Development:

Develop and defend a view to the key analytic customers behaviors to drive a clear and concrete campaigns strategy.


SME Market Development:
Drive the quantitative sizings for all potential SME strategies and tactics, including new offers/channels, new delivery mechanisms (e.g. triggers or "always on"), etc. Analysis will include high level and detailed business cases and sizings, as well as scenarios, partnering and Finance. Track and manage all campaigns analysis to ensure performance is delivering as expected or recommend course change as needed.


End to end execution for value offer strategies and SME campaigns:Define roadmap across markets knowledge, data, products benefits and value offer. Planning, developing and strategy campaign execution. Processes and controls Management for those activities that are related to development the strategy. Manage initiatives launch and post implementation plan.


Job Responsabilities:


  • Analyze the main indicators for the marketing of products and campaigns strategies with SME customers; Help to prioritize, negotiate and remove obstacles to achieve business results.
  • Participate in the development of client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting and channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner of Citi clients based on the analysis of commercial data.
  • Create and implement profitable gotomarket strategies, lead the conceptualization and implementation of key growth initiatives, and maintain current market information regarding vertical sectors and general industry competitors.
  • Create and ensure the successful execution of a gotomarket plan that encompasses products, brands, acquisitions, customers, and retention, and improves performance, brand preference, and customer engagement.
