Sr. Java Developer

Must Have Skills:


  • 3+ years of handson experience developing backend / middleware systems, using Java language.
  • Understanding of common Java frameworks (Tomcat, JiBX, Log4j, GWT).
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and bash scripting.
  • Solid understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines. Experience setting up / configurating complex jobs in Jenkins
  • Ability to work and communicate with Remote team members in different timezones
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform services and terraform.
  • Working knowledge of distributed cache solutions.
  • Working knowledge of message queuing services such as IBM MQ.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of regular expressions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
Up to $56.35 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 40.00 per week
