    We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales operations across both American and Global markets. This strategic role involves overseeing a team of 3-8 sales representatives, driving them to not only meet but exceed their sales targets. The Sales Director will be instrumental in optimizing our conversion rates from lead to close by refining sales strategies, enhancing training programs, and optimizing team resources.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, coach, and ensure accountability among a team of 3-8 sales representatives.
    • Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to track and analyze sales performance and progress toward achieving sales quotas.
    • Assume full responsibility for improving the lead-to-close rate, determining effective strategies such as targeted sales coaching, strategic team expansion, and the development of marketing tools.
    • Implement and refine a consultative sales approach for our custom products, which require detailed quoting and frequent revisions.
    • Manage the recruitment, assessment, and onboarding processes for new sales personnel to align with strategic goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing sales teams, with at least 5 direct reports.
    • Strong expertise in a consultative sales setting, especially with custom products requiring intricate client interactions and detailed proposals.
    • Background in sectors such as home remodeling, construction, or similar fields, with familiarity in handling products that require specifications like blueprints and take-offs.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of clear and effective internal communication, comprehensible to all team members.
    • Preferably a marketing background, with less emphasis on operations, logistics, finance, or supply chain experiences.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Knowledgeable about home improvement, construction, or design-related products for both commercial and residential applications.
