Main Purpose


Translate business strategy into business transformation and ensures the definition of how business processes should be managed and performed to deliver defined business results.


Bring value for the business though driving the Strategic & Transformational Business Agenda and optimizing key Business Processes to help achieve challenging but attainable transformation and to leverage decision making.


Support the execution of projects to generate growth, securing a solid balance between transformation and performance without business disruption; enabling capabilities through programs; implementing the strategy into action plans, managing the organization and operating model with a holistic view, and integrating end-to-end value.


Main responsibilities:


Project Management:

  • Support the execution of the projects assigned, by driving the business transformation.
  • Comply with the Process Management, by coordinating the steps in the project life cycle.
  • Execute projects, by coordinating the design and strategy definition, facilitating a comprehensive project planning, and ensuring a successful deployment of the program.
  • Ensure control & monitoring during the whole project, by following up on program status and key performance indicators.
  • Promote the participation and effective communication of all the areas involved, by aligning and coordinating crossfunctional teams.
  • Keep business leaders and project sponsors / stakeholders informed and facilitate decision making, by processing relevant information in comprehensive and simple ways and developing status reports.
  • Guarantee plans and action to minimize risk, by identifying potential issues, and defining and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Ensure results and objectives are met as planned, by aligning project timeline, resources and focus on horizontal projects.
  • Support the development, value realization and adoption of a growth mindset among the business, by connecting with the change management and financial teams.
  • Participate in the development of the value offer of Business Insights and ensure its successful implementation.

Business Architect:

  • Support an integral business transformation through a flawless process design and execution, by guaranteeing the right connections among the different Enterprise Architecture components and multifunctional teams.
  • Ensure process initiatives are fully aligned with the company's strategy and defined holistically (endtoend, process, organization, governance, and technology), by connecting and collaborating with project management, organizational architecture, information systems, change management and finance.
  • Ensure process performance, especially on those that impact or contribute to the key indicators within the company's scorecard, by monitoring and measuring results.
  • Design and facilitate workshops related to process management and organizational design.
  • Identify and capitalize opportunities in project / process, by build strong business cases and coordinating improvements implementation in the organization.

Qualifications:

Experience Required


Skilled with highly structure and systemic approach to end-to-end value chain, and with consulting skills to support and provide capabilities and tools to drive transformation.
