What You'll Do

As a SAP PMO Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED, you're not just filling a role—you're becoming a catalyst for operational excellence and digital transformation. You will:

SAP Solution Leadership:

• Lead the design, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions.
• Ensure alignment with global business processes and drive standardization across all operations.

Global Project Delivery:

• Spearhead SAP implementations, rollouts, and optimization projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable SAP solutions and oversee end-to-end process integration.

Change & Stakeholder Management:

• Prioritize and execute SAP Change Requests, assessing their impact on business processes, integrations, and data.
• Engage with executive, managerial, and operational stakeholders to align SAP solutions with strategic goals and facilitate smooth change adoption.

Team Development & Governance:

• Mentor and develop a team of SAP functional analysts/consultants, providing technical direction and performance feedback.
• Own and maintain functional documentation.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive process excellence by promoting SAP best practices and identifying opportunities for technological innovation.
• Support critical incident resolution, root cause analysis, and post-go-live activities to ensure operational stability.

Who You Are

• 5-10 years of experience with SAP.
• You've successfully led end-to-end SAP projects, including global implementations and system upgrades.
• You have deep functional expertise in SAP MM, PP, WM/EWM, QM, and PM, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• You are fluent in English and possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• You live in Guadalajara or are open to relocating.
