POSITION OVERVIEW

83 offices across 40 countries, we are seeking highly-motivated and ambitious channel account managers to join our team to support growth across our office network._
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Development & execution of sales account plans, incorporating both new and existing partners
Identify, engage and onboard new partners
Capable of managing a strong partner network, ensuring adherence to SLAs to improve customers' satisfaction
Represent SI UK at student-facing events where required
Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profile - active account management
Provide high-quality product and process training to partners
Monitor competitor activity enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis
EXPERIENCE
Channel sales experience and / or account management experience is preferred
Knowledge of international education systems and markets
Native speaker & competency in English
Customer-service orientated and consultative approach to selling
Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets
