    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


    This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of the Key Account Manager Team, if you are passionate about the chance to bring your sales experience to a world-class company that is market-leading for both content and technology, if you have previous experience driving sales and revenue growth within a specific territory and are you motivated by commissions

    As a Key Account Manager, you will prospect for new sales opportunities, develop a pipeline, & closes opportunity. Oversees the development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments; identifies volume and strategic customers; and develops partnerships.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Analysis of installed customer bases.

    • Proactive work to send advance quotes.

    • Prospect new customers independently, using LinkedIn and/or another database.

    • Coordinate meetings with decision-makers.

    • Make a commercial proposal.

    • Present monthly results.

    • Prospect new clients and close sales for assigned geography.

    • Drive retention, upselling, and renewal of existing accounts. Scope and impact size, nature, and complexity of the work. Budget responsibility.

    • Leads important projects, programs, and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity.

    • Determines work priorities based on the general direction of managers.

    • Manage the budget for projects or programs within the area.

    • Provides specialized advice to middle and upper management to solve complex problems.

    • Management and forecast control.

    ABOUT YOU



    • Experience of +5 years as a HUNTER, making consultative sales of SaaS Technology solutions like Contact Centers / UC in the corporate/enterprise segment.

    • University Degree/ Desirable MBA

    • Consistent performance about the delivery of sales targets. (Achiever/Overachiever)

    • Negotiation and communication skills needed to be able to influence Decision Makers (Directors/VPs/CEO's)

    • Fluent in English
