Job summary
The Offering Performance Manager will be responsible for analyzing offer performance, building, and creating/executing worldwide strategies focused on defining actions to improve offering and sales performance.This position is an offering subject matter expert (SME) that will be asked to provide offering analysis and input into various activities such as training and sales support. Responsibilities Include:
Leverage offering insights data to analyze offering performance to understand key performance drivers and gaps including but not limited to offering content offer effectiveness competitiveness pricing merchandising training marketing sales programs operations Support the launch enablement of offerings with insights feedback training programs support tools succeed reach growth targets Partner with offering management ensure that offerings are meeting performance targets post-launch Participate in relevant global Business Reviews identify obstacles collect feedback about offerings Collaborate with Offering Performance Insights include offering feedback business updates Provide strategic insights key GEO stakeholders create plans drive offering growth Create annual quarterly plans drive offering sales Collaborate teams including development marketing sales teams drive services requirements projects Support , , enablement global process owners existing projects Provide regular reviews of performance action plans lead line reviews as needed stakeholders executive team Ensure processes tools place reach targets Cross-functional collaboration execution best practices sharing Assist definition new launches launches their offerrings
