As a
Human Resources Information Systems Analyst, you will Lead tactical & strategic support of HRIS operations for Kellogg.


HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- **Hands on experience doing system configurations**:
  • related to Employee Central, Learning management system, and role base permission.
-
Conduct thorough impact analysis on other modules and system before implementing any change.

  • Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.
-
Understands critical SAP new functions
and features for enable process alignment.
-
Adhere to all HRIS process governance & procedures that are developed


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Human Resources preferred and/or work experience accumulate.
  • 35+ years of work experience within HRIS systems like SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, testing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to research solutions and troubleshoot.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and timemanagement skills.
  • Good project management skills including planning, risk management, configuration skills, process mapping and prioritize tasks independently.
