As a
Human Resources Information Systems Analyst, you will Lead tactical & strategic support of HRIS operations for Kellogg.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- **Hands on experience doing system configurations**:

related to Employee Central, Learning management system, and role base permission.

-
Conduct thorough impact analysis on other modules and system before implementing any change.

Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.

-
Understands critical SAP new functions
and features for enable process alignment.

Adhere to all HRIS process governance & procedures that are developed

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Bachelor's degree in IT or Human Resources preferred and/or work experience accumulate.
35+ years of work experience within HRIS systems like SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday etc.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, testing and documentation skills.
Ability to research solutions and troubleshoot.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and timemanagement skills.
Good project management skills including planning, risk management, configuration skills, process mapping and prioritize tasks independently.
