**What You Will Do- Work with internal users to address customer questions, issues, gather feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation is in place to capture common issue resolutions.
- Understand functional and technical aspects of key systems.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Previous experience in IT Support
- Experience communicating with an audience with varying degrees of technical experience
- Experience solving complex technical issues at an enterprise level
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience with IT support of Trading, Logistics, Accounting, or Operations Systems
Experience with system monitoring tools
Experience proactive monitoring
Experience with SQL
