- Key contributor to the development of the annual division business plan and marketing segment strategies.
- Develops and manages divisional marketing objectives and promotional plans (channel, product, customer), including aftermarket new product launches.
- Coordinate together with the Marketing Coordinator the communication activities, including commercial advertising, public relations, trade shows and expos, as well as the aftermarket website.
- Supports the ongoing activities of the Business Unit Director.
- Manage the analysis and monthly forecast of sales in the secondary market, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Maintain an appropriate balance between OES and Independent Distributor sales through strategies in accordance with corporate policies and agreements.
- College Degree in Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Administration or similar.
- MBA desirable.
- Bilingual
- Minimum 10 to 15 years in commercial vehicle industry with a recognized manufacturer, distributor or large repair facility required. Experience consisting of sales and territory management.
- Computer skills
- MS Office, AS400.
- MRP, AS400.
- Microsoft Office.
