    Sr. Financial Analyst

    We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team at Sherwin-Williams.

    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and 3–4 years of experience in finance activities such as Fixed Assets, General Accounting, and Account Reconciliations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform high-volume transactional processes within the LATAM Regional Services Center
    • Monitor outstanding items in reconciliation systems daily
    • Create journal vouchers and resolve issues related to deposits, checks, and memos
    • Prepare and upload accurate bank and account reconciliations into OneStream
    • Support month-end close activities and collaborate with GL Accountants and Finance Managers
    • Conduct financial analysis and resolve issues in balance sheet clearing accounts
    • Participate in and lead process improvement initiatives
    • Act as a point of escalation and support for Analysts and Jr. Analysts
    • Maintain strong customer service with internal and external stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
    • 3–4 years of experience in finance activities
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle R12/Cloud, SAP)
