Where you come in.

What are you going to do?

• Lead the development and operations of our platform
• Manage a team of developers and DevOps engineers
• Design and implement scalable and faulttolerant systems architecture
• Ensure the high availability and reliability of our platform
• Ensure that the development team follows best practices and maintains high code quality
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies and provide technical guidance to the team
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the success of our platform

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work/educational experience)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with , Express, and Apollo Server for backend development
• Experience with React and Apollo Client for frontend development
• Familiarity with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval
• Expertise in AWS for cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes for container orchestration, and Atlas for MongoDB hosting
• Indepth knowledge of systems architecture and DevOps best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• English proficiency is essential
