Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customer queries quicklyExperience dealing with teams in different time zones.

Good hands-on technical knowledgeExcellent domain knowledge in incident handling, production management, and audit processesExperience in a complex global, matrix organization working across multiple time zonesExperience in working in ambiguous situations, working under pressure, and flexible work hoursProduction-oriented with a sense of urgency and sensitive to production requirements.
