What we're looking for
- Our Air Pricing Coordinator plans and directs accounting activities within the Air Pricing Department of OEC Group by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate supervisors. Primarily responsible for understanding airline routing, warehousing, air freight rate negotiation and dispatching freight.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Understand all aspects of air import and export shipments including; preparing documentation, data entry, tracing, billing, arranging deliveries, providing quotations, etc.
- Obtain and negotiate rates with agents and oversea offices.
- Achieve the company's Air profit growth by maintaining competitive rates and coordinating with Sales on shipments.
- Communicate daily with vendors, Sales representatives and overseas offices.
- Ability to handle special air freight projects and business bids.
- Follow up closely with sales on customer's feedback of the rate quotes.
- Prepare and maintain air pricing reports which include; cost, profit, transit time, weight, routing, etc.
- Familiar with entire air operation procedures.
- Familiar airlines' equipment, transit time and routings.
Work Schedule
GDL Office: 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced level experience with Microsoft Office.
