- Ensure timely and adequate material supply to production lines: External warehouse requirements, Material receipt in plant, Supply to production lines, Inventory control.
- Ensure proper handling of materials (component parts and finished product) to preserve their quality.
- Coordinate training activities for personnel responsible for material handling and shipments. Ensure all staff members are certified to perform their job effectively.
- Monitor quality issues arising from improper material handling.
- Ensure adherence to current guidelines, policies, and procedures throughout the process.
- Enhance the process by identifying improvement opportunities, eliminating waste, and ensuring quality in our processes.
- Ensure only clean containers are delivered to the clean room for packing the finished product.
- Properly identify all material in the plant, inside and outside the line.
- Monitor inventory control activities (adjustments, counts, audits, coordination, and organization of annual physical inventories).
- Reduce scrap quantity resulting from improper handling of component parts and finished product.
- Provide necessary support to production areas on material handling-related issues.
- Proactively work to maintain and improve the 5S level in the plant continuously.
- Coordinate operations in the shipping area. Ensure timely and proper shipments to customers and external warehouses.
- Completed professional degree.
- Basic English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse area.
