    The Director of Sales plays a crucial leadership role in driving revenue growth for the hotel by overseeing all sales activities, working closely with various departments to foster collaboration and strategic partnerships.

    This position is responsible for developing, implementing, maximizing, and monitoring the hotel's sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals across multiple business segments. The Director actively supports senior-level decision-makers in cultivating strong client relationships and expanding market share.

    • Lead and coordinate all sales activities in collaboration with key revenue-generating departments (Rooms, Food & Beverage).
    • Develop comprehensive sales strategies, goals, and action plans to achieve forecasted revenue targets.
    Required Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
    • 5-7 years progressive sales experience in hospitality industry
    • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams
