We assist our partners and clients headquartered in North America in expanding their functional teams while preserving their corporate culture and professional dynamics.

Our domain focus lies in banking and finance, insurance, information technology, marketing and lead management, and healthcare.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new patient leads, educate potential clients about our services, and convert marketing leads into customers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Promptly accept inbound sales calls from prospective patients, introducing them to Vamos Health's unique healthcare model and benefits
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients, introducing them to our unique healthcare model and benefits
  • Receive overflow call volume from our US clinic locations as needed, providing basic information (hours, location, etc.)
  • Identify and qualify leads that have been gathered through various channels, including referrals, marketing campaigns, and community outreach events
  • Use our electronic medical records (EHR) to schedule appointments for prospective patients to meet with our healthcare providers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently converting leads into members
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, patient interactions, and conversions using our CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Perform other marketing, growth, and clinic operations duties as assigned
  • Qualify businesses in our US target market
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in a sales, marketing, customer service or similar role
  • Familiarity with healthcare system
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential patients
  • Proficient with technology including (or willing to learn): phone systems, EHR and CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • EPIC personality (empathy, patience, integrity and compassion).
  • Highly motivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently
  • Passionate about improving healthcare access for the Spanishspeaking community in the U.S

Our offer:

Vales de despensa 1,000 MXN


Schedule:
Monday to Friday 10:00-19:00


Salary + uncapped commission system
