- HR, Administration, or communication Degree
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Essential)
- Experience in manufacturing recruiting administration in all levels (operational, technicians, supervisors, management)
- Talent management tools (9box, career paths, continuous performance)
- Training management experience
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with SuccessFactors platform
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with various functional groups within the organization.
