ALTEN Mexico offers a comprehensive range of engineering services, including concept development, design, product development, and implementation.
ALTEN Mexico is currently seeking a talented and motivated Designer (UX/UI) INT to join our team.
As a Designer (UX/UI) INT, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and design user interface elements. You will also conduct user research and testing to ensure optimal user experience and iterate designs based on feedback.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborate with a global and cross functional team by discussing and defining the best tools and solution to integrate digital tests in Figma, Vehicle and HiL test environments.
2. Work with other developers to implement the solutions and tools and to identify improvement opportunities, automations and Artificial Intelligence integration.
3. Design and develop Tools for User Interfaces verification. Design creative visual and interactive design solutions for in vehicle displays using Adobe SC Suite or Illustrator or Figma or Sketc.
4. Develop AI tools that are integrated in the Design verification process in Figma, HiL, vehicles and benches.
5. Design and create APIs and Plug ins for the different platforms.
6. Iterate with prototypes through the product design and development process
7. Manage diverse collaborative teams of Engineers, Marketers, Designers, Regulatory, Marketing, User Experience and Program
8. Management individuals throughout the design to delivery process
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
•1. Experience working under agile methodologies.
2. Advanced (2 years) use of Figma, develop of Plug ins for Figma.
3. Proficient with Adobe SC Suite, Invision, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, Visio & Microsoft Office.
4. Proficient in English
5. Minimum 2 years of Laboral experience working with a design team developing creative visual and interactive design solutions for consumer electronics, mobile devices, automotive or other related domains.
6. Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development area taking design concepts to production and product development timelines
7. Knowledge in HMI Subsystems, UX (User Experience), UI (User Interface)
8. Strong written and oral skills is key to working well as part of the team. Presenting to higher levels of managements will be required from time to time.
Desired:
3D modelling software knowledge, Proficient on tools domain such as Axure, Github or Jira, Integrated development environment (IDE) such as Android Studio, iOS, React or QT > HTML, Usability Testing and Concept Validation experience preferred, Minimum 1 year of experience on Driver Assistance, digital Technologies and Design Thinking knowledge.
