    Mexico City,- Slovenia or India #LI-HybridOn the journey to become leader in the industry for digitalization, Novartis has started a program called LeanDigital Core (LDC).Teams around Commercial, Finance, Procurement and Operations are building the future with a focus on migrating from a sophisticated legacy ERP platform to the newest version of S4HANA.The LDC Adopt Manager - Quality will be responsible for plan, drive and support implementation of LDC Core Quality processes at core Countries.

    Ensure execution / implementation of new concepts, processes and rules and work with stakeholders as Quality business partner.
    About the Role Your key responsibilities:


    • Provides technical or professional advice to external and/or internal contacts. Provide operational training and guidance to users at local level. Support Training activities for the local (super) users.
    • Ensure alignment with Novartis LDC related QMs/QDs/SOPs/WPs
    • Support User Acceptance testing – from process and user access perspective
    • Support Data Migration and Cutover & Hyper-care activities
    • Support Handover to Business as usual. Navigate defects during testing & hyper-care phase. Bring together user requirements for future releases. Explore process simplification or workarounds
    • Support super-users at Countries. Drive the Lean culture to achieve Process Excellence. And cooperate with LDC Quality Core team.
