    We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our internal stakeholders.

    This role is responsible for verifying and expediting customer orders, providing accurate information on order status, and coordinating issue resolution with the sales team.

    • Key Responsibilities:


    • Verify customer orders and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with the Branch Coordination group.


    • Inquire about customer inquiries by phone or email using the sales database.

    • Collaborate effectively with Sales Representatives and Customers to resolve issues efficiently. Coordinate this process while working remotely from home.

  • The following tasks need be carried out:
    •To maintain open communication via live chat team video conferencing calls in case of an emergency;
    via telephony during business hours.,
