Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Streamline and optimize manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop, maintain, and control all manufacturing process documentation, ensuring precision and consistency.

Implement documentation standards, best practices, and guidelines to foster clear communication across manufacturing teams.

Collaborate with various departments, ensuring all process changes are accurately captured and communicated.

Facilitate the integration of new technology and methodologies into the manufacturing environment.

Monitor and analyze production metrics, making recommendations for improvement.

Conduct regular audits of manufacturing process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Provide training to the manufacturing team on documentation standards and best practices.

Address any discrepancies or issues related to manufacturing documentation promptly and thoroughly.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a strong emphasis on document control.

Proficient in documentation software and tools.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for precision.

Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both Spanish and English.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
