This is the opportunity to do so by joining the Quality Molding department at The LEGO Group


Play your part in our team success:


This position, will give overall support to the Quality Molding department while helping in making sure all containments and corrective actions are effective and in place, support for quality in operations activities as process/product audits and, support on quality improvement projects.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Follow up with corrective actions from molding and internal customers
  • Support on administration of SharePoint of complaints.
  • Creation of different digital whiteboards in Power BI tool
  • Preparation of the weekly status of complaints (investigation, implementation, validation of effectiveness).
  • Calculation and update of quality metrics (daily complaints), (weekly
  • CPPMs & DPMOs).
  • Support in the implementation of LCI Assessment tasks, for example, Customer Satisfaction Survey.
  • Taking time for projects, if required.
  • Involvement in RIE projects, collaboration of productivity initiatives in QEHS Packing.

  • Education: from 6th semester and above preferably IMA, IME, IIA, IIS or similar
  • Proactive, responsible, and selfdriven
  • Knowledge of Office tools specially Excel and PowerPoint and a plus if any Power BI knowledge
  • Good at working individually but also with a team
  • Good communications written and oral both in Spanish and English
