YOUR ROLE:


  • A Customer Service Office representative deals with customer needs as first point of contact
  • Strives for excellent customer service delivery
  • Is responsible for Key Accounts / Customers
  • Maintains detailed and uptodate knowledge of the company's products and service
  • Follows up incidents during logistics with customers

YOUR SKILLS:


  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service, ideally in Logistics
  • Experience in being the direct contact with the customer and problem solving skills
  • Advanced English level (Able to have a fluid conversation)
  • Previous experience working for Customer Experience, Retention, and Satisfaction
  • SAP Order Management / Oracle or
