About the Role:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and replicate technical issues, ensuring accurate documentation and reproduction steps.
  • Utilize SQL and database skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Take ownership of the bug queue, ensuring timely and effective resolution of reported issues.
  • Potentially assist in incident management, contributing to swift and effective responses.

Key Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in development or technical support.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
  • Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
  • Familiarity with UNIX/Linux operating systems.
  • Strong SQL and database skills.
  • Exceptional prioritization and communication abilities.
  • Proven experience with high volume technical issues in a dynamic tech environment.
