Company Overview:

Responsibilities:

Support the procurement process, including but not limited to processing and approving purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner
Review and approve employee expense reports for accuracy and adherence to company policy
Perform various monthend and yearend accounting close activities, including but not limited to preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Ensure financial information and schedules are accurate and maintained in accordance with US GAAP
Perform various projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years of relevant accounting experience working for US company
Bilingual English/Business Spanish (written and verbal) in a business setting
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in US accounting
Highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central software and Concur is a plus
Deep analytical skills and attention to detail; able to multitask on multiple projects with varying deadlines
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
