Today, the company is responsible for maintaining and increasing property values of homes in approximately 230 communities in Tucson, Green Valley, and Sierra Vista.

As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Managing executives' calendars and setting up meetings.
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements for the management team.
  • Tracking daily expenses and preparing weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
  • Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence.
  • Organizing and maintaining the office filing system.
  • Help with data entry in contracts and potential clients' websites.
  • Taking minutes during meetings.
  • Set up Client websites.

Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 18:00._

Requirements:


  • High school diploma minimum.
  • Advanced English: Verbal and Written.
  • Around 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience using MS Office.
  • Attention to detail.
