Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


Coordinate processes in the AP area such as data entry, payments, reports, improvement projects, as well as the KPI ́s follow up and team leadership.

Ensure the accomplishment of controls, procedures and polices. Suggest strategies and actions plans required to achieve the objectives assigned to that processes. Promote healtly environment with direct reports and among the team. All activities must contribute to the fulfillment of the organizational objectives within the established control framework.


Your Impact
As an
CNTRL & RPT SR COORDINATOR your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Lead control testing and report, as well as leadership in audit reviews.
  • Ensure teamwork and healthy environment among direct reports. Implementing action plans to improve OHS results.
  • Provide constant feedback to direct reports ( at least in a quarterly basis).
  • Avoid any risk in the operation including frauds, mistakes in accounting and bribery, through risk assessment and business control activities upgrade (GCS).
  • Coordinate team activities ensuring deliverables correct and in a timely manner.
  • Support internal users and direct reports to solve problems faced in the operation.
  • Ensure governance update at least once a year.
  • Validate and evaluate the correct execution of the operational and financial controls assigned to avoid risks and damages in the operation and the business.
  • Propose and improve policies and procedures, document them to minimize risks and increase functionality in the operation.
  • Supervise and control the operational and commercial indicators (KPI).
  • Analyze and propose improvements in processes, structure and projects that can represent efficiency in the operation or benefits for the company.
  • Collaborate and advise internal and external clients with information and best practices of our processes to increase efficiency in the operation.
  • Maintain constant communication among the team members.
  • Prepare, analyze, concentrate and report the results of the operation on a monthly basis.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor of Accounting, Finance or related careers.

Experience

  • Experience 3 years coordinating groups (Accounts Payable preferred).
  • Knowledge of English: 80% (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user (data analysis, pivot tables)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (recommendable SAP).
  • Knowledge of the database tool eg. "Tableau".
