Job Description:
Técnico de Pintura


Responsabilidades:


  • Ajustes de proceso y soporte para solución de problemas
  • Realización de pruebas de calidad para monitoreo
  • Reportes estadísticos de proceso químico
  • Realización de TPM a nível laboratorio
  • Confirmar los resultados establecidos de acuerdo a normas
  • Soporte a línea de ensamble para validación

Requerimientos:

  • 2+ Años en puesto similar
  • Análisis Químicos( Métodos gravimétricos, titulaciones), solidos, pH, conductividad, acidez, alcalinidad, flujos, presiones, gráficos X-R
  • Análisis por titulación
  • Procesos de pretratamiento y pintura básicos
  • Computación básica (Excel, power point)
  • Estadística Básica
  • Manejo de equipo de laboratorio
  • Interacción entre departamentos
  • Conocimiento en Aguas residuales proceso fisicoquímico
  • Proceso de Osmosis Inversa
  • Setup de recetas en proceso de pintura en polvo
  • Experiência en limpieza y mantenimiento a tanques
  • Ajustes a proceso químico de Zirconio+ecoat
