This role in our Monterrey Center of Excellence leads a team of appointments experts.The team is responsible for setting pick-up and delivery appointments and generating ideas for process and system changes that lead to improved efficiency and/or carrier or customer experience improvement.
This role is approximately 50% leadership and 50% hands-on work.- Supervise daytoday activities of team members who schedule pickup and delivery appointments
- Ensure team members meet daily goals
- Monitor individual and team performance
- Track volume (throughput), productivity (performance), and quality of work performed
- Process improvement
- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes
- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes
- Perform timesensitive, frontline, customer and carrierfacing work by scheduling appointments
- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes
- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes
- Build and schedule loads in our systems
- Provide toptier customer service and schedule all appointments in a timely manner
- Support fastpaced, centralized operational account operations
- Process improvement
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Minimum one year of experience in logistics
- Excellent English language skills verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree
