This role in our Monterrey Center of Excellence leads a team of appointments experts.

The team is responsible for setting pick-up and delivery appointments and generating ideas for process and system changes that lead to improved efficiency and/or carrier or customer experience improvement.

This role is approximately 50% leadership and 50% hands-on work.

Supervise daytoday activities of team members who schedule pickup and delivery appointments
Ensure team members meet daily goals
Monitor individual and team performance
Track volume (throughput), productivity (performance), and quality of work performed
Process improvement
Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes
Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes
Perform timesensitive, frontline, customer and carrierfacing work by scheduling appointments
Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes
Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes
Build and schedule loads in our systems
Provide toptier customer service and schedule all appointments in a timely manner
Support fastpaced, centralized operational account operations
Process improvement
Other responsibilities as assigned

Basic qualifications
