Responsabilidades:


Key support system for high-level executives at Bridgestone. Become a trusted partner who can handle the daily challenges, streamline operations, and ensure the smooth functioning of the business.

Stakeholder Liaison between the board of directors and internal/external stakeholders.

Administrative Process Management, like expense tracking, budgeting, and invoicing.

Scheduling Meetings, both internally and externally (virtul, in-person, or hybrid)

  • Facilitates
    communication between different departments and teams within the organization and contributes to streamlined operations and cohesive teamwork.

Manage external communication. This includes interacting with clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders, while providing professional and courteous customer service.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and
    adhere to data privacy regulations**.

Main Activities:


  • Coordinate meetings with Corporate, Latin America and Latin America North leaders as required. Efficiently manage and prioritize the directors' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate work meetings and agendas with clients, including specific travel logistics and expense reports.
  • Responsible for researching suitable options for flights, accommodations, and transportation, considering costeffectiveness, travel time, and any other specific requirements (usage of Concur).
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external parties, ensuring effective communication. If needed, purchase of air tickets and hotel reservations via Concur for clients and guests, travel management, review of meeting sites, etc.
  • SAP Knowledge: Update approvers. Manage of _unique _supplier category, when required, including the FUR generations and corresponding approval workflows.
  • SICs preparation, review, and approval of invoice payments with and without OC, in compliance with Bridgestone procedures.
  • Expenses Report of Corporate Card of the Board of Directors and administration of the Pcard assigned, including its reports and management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient administrative systems.
  • Ability to prepare wellstructured and professional documents and presentations, such as reports, memos, letters, and proposals. Strong writing and editing skills, ensuring that content is clear, concise, and errorfree.
  • Process apostilled certifications and general documentary management required for processes with clients or authorities in the countries of the region.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and databases with utmost accuracy and discretion.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal staff, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and analysis as assigned.
  • Customer service including conducting strategic customer service survey interviews.
