You will be responsible for handling the accounting actions to Mexico.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the accounting functions in improving control measures, compiling, sorting, and verifying documentation.
• Comply with business key performance indicators, assertively communicate, and properly handle escalations with peers, management, and stakeholders.
• Be responsible for preparing the account reconciliation process (SOX Control) and retention of proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and international accounting standards.
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Keep accounting records and prepare daily and monthly account reconciliations.
• Month-end closing processes, both corporate and fiscal closings, and support audits.
• Support to Payroll.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or be an advanced student in accounting or related field with 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Attention to detail and assertive communication.
• Sense of urgency and problem-solving.
• One year of experience in bank conciliations, SOX controls, account analysis, or accounting clerical experience or equivalent in one or more of the following disciplines: month-end close, accruals, flux analysis, and external audit engagement.
• Intermediate/Advanced English level (exclusive)
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft package.
• Oracle and Hyperion system knowledge (desirable)
