*Responsabilidades
:
Asistir en la preparación y revisión de documentos legales y contratos. Realizar investigaciones legales y preparar informes. Coordinar y gestionar trámites ante migración, Secretaría de Economía, Inversión Extranjera, IMPI, INDAUTOR. Brindar apoyo administrativo al equipo legal. Mantener actualizados los archivos y registros legales. Realizar traducciones legales (español/inglés) cuando sea necesario.
Es necesario que tenga VISA de los Estados Unidos y tener la capacidad de entablar relaciones de negocios con clientes internacionales.
Requisitos:
Título en Derecho (Licenciatura en Derecho). Experiência previa en despacho corporativo (preferente). Bilingüe en español e inglés (hablado y escrito). Conocimientos sólidos en derecho mercantil. Experiência en gestión administrativa y trámites legales. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización. Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo. Dispuesta a viajar.
