- Role Overview:
- As a Member of the Project Team, you will be responsible for leading the sourcing process from CAA preparation to project closure.
- Participate in various Project Meetings and Activities such as Project Kick Off, Sourcing Plan, and Technical Steering Committee.
- Support the Project Manager in preparing the Sourcing Plan to define commitments and conditions for project progression.
- Identify critical parts and review contingency plans, involving the Segment Leader for sourcing strategy.
- Select supplier bid-list, assess risks, and propose mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with suppliers on Design Reviews and ensure compliance with Valeo requirements.
- Perform RFQ Process and leverage commodity organization for sourcing decisions.
- Ensure timely sign off on supplier contracts and manage project milestones related to suppliers.
- Define communication flows between project teams and suppliers and ensure proper documentation storage.
