Team OverviewOur Strategy & Planning team is searching for professional and enthusiastic individuals to join us as full-time Strategy & Planning Sr Manager.

Role ResponsibilitiesIndustry Research:
Conduct in-depth research to identify trends and opportunities that propel our strategic goals
Competitive Analysis:
Analyze industry players to determine their strengths and weaknesses, and discover opportunities for our business
Trend Analysis:
Keep abreast with the latest news and trends in Mexico to identify actionable strategies
Metrics Tracking:
Evaluate and report on industry metrics, drawing insights that guide our promotional and campaign strategies
Strategy Communication:
Help prepare clear and impactful business presentations that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Role QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Management, International Business, or related fields.
At least six years of experience in a related role.
Solid analytical and market/company research capabilities.
Proficient in curating information in a structured, clear, and presentable way.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a diverse cultural environment.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and development.
