    Job Profile Summary

    HR Shared Services Operations is the first tier of HR delivery for employees and managers, responding to inquiries about policies, payroll, leaves, and HR programs. A HRSS Operations Associate is a seasoned individual contributor, providing experienced, independent service support.

    Job Profile Description

  • Answers incoming calls and emails from MMC colleagues and third-party vendors and provides accurate answers and detailed information to their HR inquiries which will be handled within our SLA's, using a Case Management tool supported by a Knowledgebase.
  • Supports our customers by communicating in a clear, concise, and confident manner to provide an excellent customer service experience.
  • Research complex issues and provides timely, accurate resolution.
  • Documents all inquiries and interactions with the colleagues and other internal / third party participants; monitors colleague requests; researches and identifies required information to resolve colleague inquiries and forwards to the appropriate group for resolution as necessary.
  • Shares with other team members or manager any opportunities for process improvements.
  • Creates, documents and routes open cases and calls appropriately in accordance to the standard operating procedures for additional follow up or escalation.
  • Liaises with other departments to ensure timely research and problem resolution.
