    Responsibilities:

  • Using a list of monitored projects (Identification of Sales Opportunities tool/ISOt), the Sales Development Representative must perform a search of all projects that fit the prospecting criteria defined by EagleBurgmann (marketing coordinator). After separating the projects that fit the criteria, the Sales Development will perform a lead/prospect outreach to confirm three main metrics:
  • a.Opportunity timeline (obtain information on the quoting and order closing phase).

    b. Key influencers.

    c. "Agreement" by the potential customer to proceed with the development of the opportunity with EagleBurgmann (Outside Sales Team and TSS).

  • To obtain the above three points, the Sales Development Representative will need to use the tools available (ideal customer profile, sales speech, customer relationship) to properly communicate with the potential customer. The means of contact will typically be: LinkedIn, email and phone and each communication should be addressed to the contact.
  • The Sales Development Representative's activity and work management tool is the SAP Cloud for Customer (SAP C4C) CRM platform. In this CRM platform, the Sales Development Representative must publish all relevant information he/she has obtained, as well as manage his/her prospecting activities through the resources available within this platform (activity management, adding notes, creating contacts and accounts, etc.).
  • Once the above three metrics are met, the opportunity is considered "Qualified" and then the Sales Development Representative should transfer the opportunity to the sales engineer responsible for servicing that customer and the sales manager for the region. All follow-up details will be handled through the EagleBurgmann CRM platform.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor ́s degree in Commerce, sales or related field.
  • Fluent English.
  • Availability to travel (Valid VISA and Passport).
  • Experience with SAP C4C, CRM, AND ERP.
