Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Clinician to join our team at our Mexico, MO location. This full-time salaried position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide trauma-informed individualized therapy to consumers, including co-occurring treatment plans.
• Develop diagnostic assessments and subsequent reports, progress notes, treatment plans, and other related documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team planning and diagnostic disposition conferences to determine consumers' individual needs, eligibility, and appropriateness of services.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and Program Directors to enhance current programming or develop new initiatives in response to consumer and community needs.
• Represent the agency at community functions focused on substance use and mental health issues and activities for community education and marketing of services.
• Conduct professional development activities and/or materials for staff members.

Requirements: A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology, and current licensure in Missouri or pursuing state licensure are required. Demonstrated knowledge of alcohol and drug addiction is essential.
