We are looking for a Jira Administrator


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Jira Cloud Experience with Jira Software and Service Management Experience o Creating Custom Workflows and implementing Business processes o creating and managing custom fields o Add on management particularly with Elements Connect o Creating filters, building dashboards and custom reports
  • Working Knowledge of Jira Cloud API o Creating reports using API o Managing alerts through API
  • Working Knowledge of Jira Assets and CMDB Management o Ingesting, Scanning of asset input o Automation and Data Hygiene
  • Working Knowledge of Atlassian Ops Genie o Creating Automation Workflow for alerting o Managing Escalation workflows o General Hygiene and updates
  • General OLE linux administration o Managing Disk and volume space o Mounting Volumes o Task\Scripting automation o Managing Permissions and access o Installing and updating packages
