Job Duties

• Collecting and analyzing payroll and accounting data;
• Ensure accuracy of approved timesheets coming over into our payroll software, track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
• Responsibility for updating payroll records; making sure that all records show up to date worker information;
• Responsibility for resolving payroll discrepancies;
• Give suggestions on modification in payroll policies and procedures
• Communication with workers, answering questions and providing guidelines;
• Undertaking payroll audits or providing payroll documents to auditor
• Report to management about asset utilization and audit results
• Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes
• Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis
• Upload general ledgers on a weekly basis
• Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate
• Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
