    Responsibilities and Qualifications:

    • Assist audit teams by managing request intake, reviewing artifacts, maintaining evidence repositories, and reporting on audit status.
    • Manage issues from identification to resolution, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending remediation actions.
    • Analyze issue trends to identify areas for process improvement and risk mitigation, communicating results to leadership.
    • Advise project teams on compensating control alternatives and stay up-to-date on security best practices.
    • Participate in project teams or self-manage small projects, facilitating meetings, publishing notes, and ensuring timely completion of action items.
    • Liaise with IT and business representatives to perform risk reduction and mitigation activities.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 3-5 years of risk, IT audit, issue management, or security experience preferred.
    • Experience with compliance, audit methodology, IT controls testing, issue investigation, issue reporting, and issue management.
    • Understanding of security principles, IT security controls, IT Risks, and related technologies and products.
    • Ability to positively influence, mentor, and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members.
    • Strong verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills to lead a customer-service driven environment.
