Job Title Order Management Representative


Reports to Customer Service Supervisor


Department Global Shared Services


Job Location Providencia Office

Summary


Responsible for Customer Service activities including the Order Management of the Hershey Company Customers form LATAM, always assuring a successful distribution process and immediate solving of incidents occurring from the order entry until its delivery.


Responsibilities:


Management of incoming purchase orders from assigned customers, starting at its correct entry on the system, price validation, appointment scheduling, stock availability check and delivery note creation, followed by clear delivery instructions for logistics department, listing any customer special requirement.


  • Coordination with Logistics department to guarantee product is delivered on time and in perfect condition, always following the established process.
  • Close follow up on every stage of the process aiming to assure all quality, time and execution parameters are met and Fill Rate's target is accomplished.
Analysis and reporting of Order Filling and delivery incidents to detect opportunities.

Arrange meetings with involved areas to look for alternatives and solutions that allow us keeping healthy service indicators and the establishment of preventive and corrective measures.

Establish direct contact with customers to attend or address requests related to the purchase orders process.


Minimum knowledge and skills

  • To demonstrate solid understanding of Supply Chain process support systems, specially Order to Cash flow.
  • High organizational and prioritization skills.
  • To demonstrate good business management among internal and external customers.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • To demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, special focus on Excel.
  • Strong leadership and ownership skills.
  • Effective team work skills.
  • Results oriented.
  • Complex problems solving skills.
  • Service attitude.
  • English 80% (able to stablish business conversations).
  • SAP knowledge (ERP). Desirable.
  • Work under pressure.

Education
Bachelor. Economic Administrative oriented profile.


Experience
1 year on customer PO ́s management or in Logistics delivering PO ́s to customers and Retailers
