Descripción del empleo

Validate new products for customers, validate changes proposed by Engineering, ensuring that quality, cost and delivery time meet customer expectations, Bosch standards and applicable government regulations.
Solve problems within the field of specialization that may require the modification and adaptation of standard testing techniques.
Ensure that the experience gained during product validation reaches the Design, Applications and Validation Engineers for product improvement.

Requisitos:

Validation of the Design of the product and/or its components
Ensure that the product meets customer specifications, Bosch standards, and government regulation regarding quality, reliability, durability, materials, and service.
Analyzes the test data noting that the resulting parameters are within the specifications.
Ensure the correct documentation and safeguarding of test reports, procedures, failure analysis.
Samples for design validation tests
Follow up on receipt of samples and ensure their delivery on time for validation tests.
Design and Product validation tests
Prepare test equipment in accordance with DVP&R design validation plans and ensure proper execution of design validation tests and ontime delivery.
Ensure the correct documentation of the results of the design and product validation tests by generating the corresponding test reports.
Carry out failure investigations through the use of methodologies such as 8D, Jidoka and/or similar, to identify the root cause and ensure its eradication.
Supervision of laboratory tests
Make sure that the tests are being carried out in accordance with the procedures already released and agreed with the Engineering Validation group.
Ensure that times are met according to individual test plans.
Ensure that DV, PV and IP test plans are carried out within the established schedule and with the quality required for release.
Make sure that the correct and necessary test equipment is being used.

Applications team support
Participate in the recommendation of validation tests in technical discussions with suppliers to ensure that the new materials.
Collaborate in the resolution of manufacturing and/or design problems with the work team.
Solve problems within your area of responsibility
Observe at all times the Bosch policies regarding product liability and ethical handling of information.

Analysis of validation test results:

Analyze the test results, to develop a predictive tool and be able to replace the durability tests.
Work together with external sources to achieve the objective. 9. Verification of the proper functioning of the test equipment.
Development of equipment calibration plan
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plan.
Maintenance of computer equipment for data acquisition.
Verify the correct interpretation of adjustment plans in conjunction with the equipment to be used.
