What you'll
own: Lead and inspire a team of creatives through clear visual direc
tion Own and evolve brand visual identities across platf
orms Drive strong visual storytelling rooted in idea integ
rity Develop concepts from brief through execu
tion Present work confidently, articulating both strategy and c
raft Protect the integrity of the idea while navigating feed
back Maintain a consistently high bar for craft across all delivera
bles
You're a strong fit if
you:
• Have 10+ years in Art Direction, with 3+ years leading within an a
gency
• Bring a portfolio that shows conceptual thinking + high-level
craft
• Understand culture deeply and how brands earn relevance vis
ually
• Can articulate design decisions with clarity and convi
ction
• Elevate teams through mentorship and creative leade
rship
• Thrive in high-standard, fast-moving environ
ments
