    Scopely is looking for a Talent Coordinator (Recruiting Coordinator) to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues, or through our deep connections with our communities of players. This team sits globally in the US, UK, Spain & India and is on a mission to engage with top talent to Inspire Play, Every Day What You Will Do: You will be handling everything from scheduling interviews, to tracking candidate data, to ensuring that candidates have an amazing experience. You thrive at getting things done in a fast-moving and chaotic environment and you're not afraid to take risks.
  • Coordinate and arrange all candidate interviews and Google Calendar. As well as book any travel accommodations for any non-local candidates
  • Manage candidates in Jobvite (applicant tracking system)
  • Champion and own the candidate experience for every candidate from start to finish
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules across global time zones with multiple participants
  • Working in collaboration with Talent Partners (recruiters) to align candidate experience and facilitate the process (interviews, offers, background checks)
  • Support the People Operations, People Business Partners, and People Experience teams on a variety of projects to optimize processes, workflow, and reporting
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in tracking metrics and reporting
  • Propose and implement ongoing improvements to internal recruitment processes by working closely with the team to continue refining our talent strategy process
  • What We're Looking For:
  • High-volume scheduling experience preferred
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute
  • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in a demanding and high-performing work environment
  • Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills
  • Gmail, Google Calendar and Google docs proficiency
  • Event or seminar scheduling experience
  • Prospect scheduling experience
  • Recruitment coordination experience
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking system or CRM
  • Strong English language skills are required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business
