Paramount busca "VP Content Development" para incorporarse a PTIS (Paramount Television International Studios) en MéxicoSus principales responsabilidades serán:
Liderar a los equipos regionales para mejorar los procesos de contenido y los estándares de creatividad con el fin de ejecutar programas de alto rendimiento y de primer nivel dentro del presupuesto.
Supervisar el proceso completo que recorre el contenido, desde el desarrollo de la idea inicial hasta su distribución interna y externa.
Mantener contacto directo con talentos, guionistas y cabezas creativas.Coordinar la estrategia para construir un negocio global que posicione a PTIS como un estudio lider de contenido en español y portugués.
Seleccionar y presentar contenido al ecosistema de Paramount y a posibles clientes en diversos eventos, ferias comerciales y reuniones, al mismo tiempo que se establecen relaciones con otros estudios y compañías de producción.
Mantener estrecho contacto y colaborar con otros equipos de PTIS (Reino Unido y EMEAA) en proyectos internacionales. Nos orientamos a perfiles con más de 10 años de experiencia en desarrollo y producción de contenido. Será requisito fundamental contar con un nivel de inglés bilingüe y será un plus el manejo del portugués.
